Having made a big move from NY to FL German helped make the home buying process smooth during the height of the housing market. He was always available to show us houses, he was knowledgeable of the local market and was always spot on with the home price. He provided helpful insight to what the property taxes would be (the local tax assessor told me I had a good realtor when I called to confirm the estimated taxes, going on to say most realtors don’t tell their clients what the new property taxes would be after the new assessment). His team was efficient and his assistant Erika was a great asset; helping us to close in less than 30 days. He has been able to provide reliable local contacts for all of our home needs since closing. I would highly recommend German if someone is looking to relocate or buy a home in SWFL.
